From Toronto to Jerusalem
Rav Moshe Chaim Eade grew up in Toronto, Canada. He earned a B.Sc. in Biology and Outdoor Education at Lakehead University. In his early career, he combined his science background with a passion for health — leading seminars and outdoor expeditions across the U.S., Hawaii, and Canada. He became known as "the health guy" and lived as a passionate vegan while exploring Eastern religions, searching for meaning.
In 2004, his path brought him to Israel. He studied at Aish HaTorah and the Mir Yeshiva in Jerusalem, eventually receiving rabbinic ordination (semicha). Today, he is a rebbe at Aish HaTorah's "Foundations" program in Jerusalem, where he has taught hundreds of students from around the world.
Teaching Style
His Torah teaching style is both profoundly mystical and highly relevant. He fuses the depths of Chassidut and Kabbalah with classic Mussar, making Talmudic and Halachic concepts come alive. He uses stories, music, and real-life analogies to engage listeners. The result is inspirational yet grounded — students feel his genuine care and passion.
