Hashem is hiding. It is our job to not forget he is here in this world with us and constantly look for him and his miracles EVERY SINGLE DAY. He is the one that wakes us up in morning feeling healthy, puts food on our table, continues the earths rotation and everything else you can possibly think of. Without God we have nothing, so we need to make an effort to get close to him.
