We break it down using a simple loan analogy: Reuven borrows 747 zuz from Shimon, Levi co-signs, and suddenly Levi is fully on the hook if Shimon defaults. That's exactly what happened at Har Sinai. Hashem went around to every single Jew and had them co-sign on every other Jew's 613 mitzvot. Your tefillin, your Shabbos, your tzitzit — every Jew in history signed their name guaranteeing you'd keep them. And we didn't just take Areivut on the mitzvot — we took Areivut on each other's Areivut. It goes all the way down. We talk about what that actually means practically. Can you keep Shabbos for another Jew? Obviously not. But you absolutely feel responsible that they get there — which is why you can make Kiddush again for someone who walks in late, even if you already made it for yourself. If one Jew anywhere hasn't heard Kiddush, in a real sense none of us have fully made Kiddush yet. That's not a metaphor. That's halacha and it's the Gemara. We also get into the big question of how you actually reach people — the Tinok SheNishba situation where so many Jews genuinely don't know what they're rejecting because they were never exposed to Torah in a real, honest, balanced way.
