We think that to be victorious means, "I will do this thing". Being victorious comes from a crystal clear understanding that God is doing everything. That's what gives me the power to stand up against that evil. Mordechai doesn't have the power to stand up to Haman. Everyone said he was crazy. What gave him the power to stand up to all that evil? He realized it's not me doing it. God asked that somebody should stand up against the evil of the world, so somebody has to do it.
