As the saying goes, "knowledge is power". What's even more important is that you are getting the right knowledge, or else you will get nowhere fast. In today's age of information, you have access to almost every bit of knowledge man has encountered in the palm of your hand. This can be good or bad depending on how you use it. With all of this information, there is also a high chance the news or media you are consuming is false and actually programs you with negativity and fear. Take fluoride for instance. It has been said numerous times that fluoride is in the water supply to improve people's oral hygiene. A quick DuckDuckGo search will reveal that fluoride can weaken bones, lower tstosterone, wreak havok on your imune system, and even inhibit brain function in developing children resulting in a lower IQ.
