Hey friends! What's up Chevra?! What if the secret to bringing someone back to Torah has nothing to do with what you say — and everything to do with how you see them? In this shiur we dive into what is probably the most famous Torah of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov — the teaching on finding the good point, the "nekudah tovah," inside every single person. We're talking about the mitzvah of judging others favorably, dan l'kaf zechut, but Rebbe Nachman takes it way further than you might expect. Even if someone is acting like a complete rasha, our job is to go on a search — an actual journey — and find the piece of tov that is alive inside of them. Because that neshama is always good. Always. We explore the metaphysical reality behind this idea: when you focus on the good in another person, something shifts. They start to feel it. They start to identify with that good. And when they identify with the good, the rasha part — the part that was going out to the bars, the part that had written them off as a nobody — starts to fall away on its own. This is real teshuva technology. The person initiating that whole process? You and me, by choosing where we place our attention. Rav Moshe Chaim also connects this to the bigger picture of Jewish leadership in our generation. We discussed earlier in this series how the Yetzer Hara is really running an identity theft operation — trying to make a person forget that they are a neshama, that they are the nekudah. Great leadership means pointing people back to who they actually are. And the practical takeaway we leave the Chevra with: make a list of four people in your life and write down ten good things about each one. Forty pieces of goodness. Bring that list into your eyes when you see them this Shabbos. Watch what happens. If this resonated with you, we'd love it if you shared it with someone who needs to hear it — and subscribe so you never miss a shiur. ---------------------------------------------------------- 🔹Join Rabbi Moshe Chaim's Exclusive Content Sign up here 👉 https://www.youtube.com/@ChevraRavMosheChaim/join 🔹Join Rabbi Moshe Chaim's Private Chizzuk Group Sign up here 👉 https://subscribepage.io/join-the-chevra 🔹Visit the Website 👉 https://www.ravmoshechaim.com/ 🔹Newsletter 👉 https://ravmoshechaimchevra.substack.com/ 🔹Discover Beautiful Sacred Art 👉 https://bit.ly/chevra-art 🔹Join us in Yeshiva - in Jerusalem!
